Mount Sinai Hospital is one of North America’s pre-eminent medical, teaching and research institutions. It is an Academic Health Science Centre affiliated with the University of Toronto. It is located in the heart of Toronto, within “Hospital Row” on University Ave. Staffed up to 8 shifts per day with additional on-call support, the ED sees approx. 60,000 visits annually.
